Position: Sourcing Associate

Job Description:
Easy Import & Export Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Associate to support our sourcing and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying reliable suppliers, coordinating with factories, and ensuring smooth sourcing processes for our import-export business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers (local & international)
- Communicate with factories regarding pricing, MOQ, lead time, and quality
- Coordinate sample development and order follow-ups
- Maintain supplier records and sourcing documentation
- Support the team in negotiations and cost analysis
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for smooth shipments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or import-export (freshers may apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of import-export processes is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel and emailcommunication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
