1. Service
Our services include export & import documentation, customs clearance support, vendor sourcing assistance, logistics coordination, freight forwarding support, and consultation related to international trade procedures. In case any additional service is needed, then customers are requested to get a different written agreement.
2. Client Commitments
It's a responsibility of clients they provide accurate and detailed information on time. One must ensure that all the goods they supply are in accordance with the legal and safety standards of the country.
3. Payment Plan
Payments should be made exactly as issued on the product invoice. Every customer should acknowledge that they make no payment due before the delivery date or release of documents/shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We estimate shipping dates, but cannot guarantee them. Sometimes delays can be caused by factors like customs, airlines, shipping lines, government authorities, and natural events. Our company is not liable for such loss.
5. Liability& Limitations
The company will not be responsible in case of damage, loss, or theft of goods during transit, customs, or storage held by third parties. Customers are requested to be responsible for the insurance of their goods.
6. Adherence with Law
We believe that our clients ensure all the necessary details that comply with the law. These rules include export/import regulations, customs requirements, safety and quality standards, and prohibited/restricted goods laws. Any violation of these rules is the responsibility of the client.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once paid, service fees are not refundable. However, in some cases, the rule may not be applied if the decision has been taken by the management.
8. Privacy
Our company is responsible for maintaining the privacy of any information and documents of our clients. However, it may be shared if it is authorized by law or customs authorities.
9. Force Majeure
Our company will not be responsible for any kind of unexpected and exceptional event that includes natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, transportation failure, or government actions.
10. Disagreement
If any disagreement emerges from these given terms, it shall be resolved in accordance with Nepalese Law.
11. Agreement Acceptance
By using our services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. There can be new updates in the above-defined terms. So, the upgraded version will be applicable to all services.
